Thank you all for all of your thoughts during this difficult time. But she will always be in our hearts and check out her memorial here.

And thanks to my very talented mother-in-law Sue who quilted a doorhanging for the studio. It features the original ScoutDog and has a very cool "Open" and "Closed" flip sign.

ScoutDog our Sweet Angel

About one month ago Scout was diagnosed with bone cancer with a tumor in your right shoulder. It had already spread to her lungs. With the vet, we decided the best thing to do for given her age (10 years) was just to manage her pain and keep her comfortable.

We knew that we would eventually have to make a difficult decision.

Yesterday we had to make that decision ... her quality of life just wasn't what we wanted for our ScoutDog. So last night we drove her to the vet. We sat with her and said goodbye and was with her when she just went to sleep and left us.

Please think of her today. Thank you for all of your support.
