The Dog Doctor is hosted by well respected canine behaviorist Dr. Robert Forto and is presented by Denver Dog Works in Colorado. Dr. Forto has 19 years experience in helping dogs with behavior problems and their human families and his work with service dogs and as a professional dog musher. The Dog Doctor show will demonstrate through guests, call-ins and discussion the ways to establish a balanced relationship with their dogs in canine training and sports and working dogs.

National Dog Biscuit Day: Feb 23

Every dog has his day and today must be the day they are talking about, because it is National Dog Biscuit Day. I was not able to find out the origin of this holiday but Samson and I plan to celebrate it. Dogs will certainly enjoy observing this holiday with a box of milkbones but, for those who wish to take things a step further and add a personal touch, try some of these recipes.

It's the moment we've all been waiting for!

Stump, is the Best in Show at the 133rd Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. The oldest winner in the history of Westminster at 10 years old, this Sussex Spaniel last won his group in 2004.

Westminster Dog Show 2009 Final Night

Last night at the Westminster Dog Show, the best of the Toys, Working and Sporting groups were crowned.

The winner of the Toy Group was Cilleine Masquerade a Brussels Griffon.

The Sporting winner was a Sussex Spaniel named Clussexx Three D Grinchy Glee.

The winner of the Working group was Galilee's Pure Of Spirit a Giant Schnauzer.
